About Online Stopwatch
A stopwatch that shows minutes, seconds and hundredths of a second, and hours when it runs that long. Start, stop and resume it, and press Lap to record a split: each lap lists its own time and the running total, newest first, with the fastest and slowest lap marked once there are two or more. Copy the laps as a tab-separated table to paste into a spreadsheet. The elapsed time is worked out from your device's clock rather than by counting ticks, so it stays accurate if the page is busy or the tab is in the background, and the tab title shows the time. A full-screen button makes the display fill the screen. Everything runs in your browser.

Online Stopwatch FAQ
How accurate is it?
The elapsed time is the difference between your device's clock now and when you pressed Start, so it does not drift the way a count of ticks can. The display updates about 25 times a second and your press has the delay of a screen tap or key press, so treat hundredths as a guide, not a measurement for official timing.
What does Lap do?
It records the moment without stopping the watch. The lap time is the time since the previous lap (or since the start for the first), and the total is the time on the watch. The fastest and slowest laps are marked from two laps on.
Can I save or export the laps?
Use Copy laps to put a table on your clipboard, with tabs between the columns, and paste it into a spreadsheet or a document. Nothing is stored or uploaded, and the laps are lost when you leave the page.
Does it keep running in a background tab?
Yes. The time is taken from the clock, so when you return it shows the right total. The display itself may update less often while the tab is hidden, which is why the tab title also shows the time.
Why is Reset greyed out?
Reset is available only while the stopwatch is stopped, so a running time cannot be wiped by a stray click. Press Stop, then Reset.
