Calculators
Everyday math: percentages, splitting a bill, loan payments, tax, BMI, age, paint coverage, sleep cycles, and counting down the days until any date.
About Calculators
Quick answers to the everyday math that comes up at the shop, at home and at work. Work out a percentage or a percentage change, add, subtract or simplify fractions, find the mean, median and standard deviation of a list of numbers, split a restaurant bill with the tip, add or remove VAT and sales tax, or see the real price after a discount. For bigger decisions, the loan and mortgage calculator gives the monthly payment with a full amortization schedule, and the compound interest calculator projects savings with regular contributions year by year.
There are also calculators for dates and health: an exact age in years, months and days, a countdown to any date, BMI in metric or imperial, bedtimes that line up with sleep cycles, and a pet age converter. The calculators show the breakdown behind each answer and run in your browser, so the numbers you type stay on your device.
Questions
Are these calculators free to use?
Yes. Every calculator is free, needs no account and has no usage limit. Open the page, type your numbers and the answer updates as you type.
Are the numbers I enter stored anywhere?
No. The calculators run entirely in your browser; the numbers are never sent to a server, saved or logged. Closing the tab clears them.
How accurate are the loan and interest results?
They use the standard amortization and compound-interest formulas and round only for display. Your lender's figures can differ slightly because of fees, day-count conventions or rounding each period, so treat the result as a close estimate rather than a quote.
