About JPG to PDF Converter

Turns JPG and JPEG photos into one PDF with a page for each photo, in the order you set. Add the files, move them up or down until the order is right, pick a page size and margin, and download the result. JPEG data is placed into the PDF as it is, without being decoded and compressed again, so the pictures keep exactly the quality they had and the PDF is about as large as the photos added together. The one exception is a photo stored sideways: phones and cameras often save the picture rotated and add an orientation tag, and those files are redrawn upright first so the page is not sideways (this step re-encodes that photo once at high quality). With "Same size as the image" each page is the photo at 96 dpi plus the margin; on A4 or US Letter the photo is centred, scaled down to fit inside the margins and never enlarged. PNG and WebP images can be mixed in. Everything is built in your browser with no upload, and the PDF is re-opened and its page count checked before the download is offered.

When to use JPG to PDF Converter

Sending phone photos of a document, receipt or form as one PDF instead of separate pictures.
Putting scanned pages saved as JPG into a single file in reading order.
Meeting an application or upload form that accepts only PDF when your files are JPG.
Making a photo album or contact sheet you can print on A4 or Letter pages.

JPG to PDF Converter FAQ

Does converting JPG to PDF reduce the picture quality?

No. JPEG files are placed into the PDF without being compressed again, so the pixels are the same as in the original. The only photos that are re-encoded are ones stored rotated, which are redrawn upright once at high quality.

Why is my PDF so large?

Because the photos are kept at full quality, the PDF is roughly the total size of the images. To make it smaller, shrink the photos first with the Image Compressor and then convert them.

Are my photos uploaded anywhere?

No. The files are read and the PDF is built in your browser, and nothing is sent to a server. You can confirm this in your browser's network tab.

Why did a photo come out sideways in other tools but not here?

Many phones save a photo in its sensor orientation and add a tag saying how to turn it. Some programs ignore the tag. This tool reads it and rotates the photo upright before adding it to the PDF.

Can I convert HEIC photos from my iPhone?

Only if your browser can open HEIC, which most cannot. The tool reports a file it cannot read instead of producing a broken PDF. Share the photo as JPG from your phone, or convert it first, then add it here.

Which page size should I choose?

Choose "Same size as the image" to keep each page exactly as large as its photo. Choose A4 or US Letter when the PDF will be printed or must have standard pages; photos are scaled down to fit and never enlarged, and wide photos get a landscape page.

Is there a limit?

Up to 50 images and 100 MB in total per PDF, because the work happens in your device's memory. For more, make several PDFs.
