About Delete PDF Pages

Removes pages you do not want from a PDF. Load the file, type the pages to delete, such as 2, 5-7, 10- (10- means page 10 to the last page), and download a new PDF with the remaining pages in their original order. Pages start at 1. A page listed twice is removed once, and overlapping ranges are counted once. The pages you keep are copied as they are, not redrawn, so text stays selectable and quality is unchanged. You cannot delete every page, because a PDF needs at least one. The new file is re-opened and its page count checked before it is offered, and your original is never altered. Password-protected and damaged files are refused with a clear message. Everything runs in your browser; the PDF is never uploaded.

When to use Delete PDF Pages

Removing a blank, duplicate or scanned-by-mistake page from a document.
Taking a cover sheet or appendix out before sending a file on.
Dropping pages with private details before sharing the rest.
Cutting a long PDF down to the pages an application form asks for.

Delete PDF Pages FAQ

Is my PDF uploaded anywhere?

No. The file is read and edited in your browser, and nothing is sent to a server. You can confirm this in your browser's network tab.

How do I write the pages to delete?

Separate pages and ranges with commas: 2, 5-7, 10-. A single number is one page, a-b is every page from a to b, and a number followed by a dash runs to the last page. Pages start at 1. Anything outside the PDF, or a range written backwards, shows an error before you delete.

Does deleting pages lower the quality?

No. The pages you keep are copied unchanged, not redrawn or recompressed, and text stays selectable.

Will the file get smaller?

Usually, because the removed pages go. Content that other pages still share, such as fonts, stays in the file, so the saving depends on the PDF and is not guaranteed to match the share of pages removed.

Does the removed content stay hidden inside the file?

The deleted pages are not copied into the new file. Do not rely on any page-deletion tool as the only step for redacting sensitive text that appears on pages you keep.

Can I delete pages from a password-protected PDF?

No. A password-protected file is refused. Remove the password in the program that created it, then load the file again.

Is there a limit?

One PDF up to 100 MB, because the work happens in your device's memory.
