About Reorder PDF Pages
Rearranges the pages of a PDF. Load the file and type the new page order, listing every page exactly once, such as 3, 1-2, 4- (4- means page 4 to the last page). A range can count down, so 5-1 lists pages 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, and the Reverse all pages button fills that in for you. Pages start at 1. If a page is missing or listed twice the tool names it before you reorder, so no page is lost by accident. The pages are copied as they are, not redrawn, so text stays selectable, quality is unchanged and each page keeps its own rotation. The new file is re-opened and its page count checked before it is offered, and your original is never altered. This tool works from typed page numbers; it does not show page thumbnails. Password-protected and damaged files are refused with a clear message. Everything runs in your browser; the PDF is never uploaded.
When to use Reorder PDF Pages
Reorder PDF Pages FAQ
Is my PDF uploaded anywhere?
No. The file is read and rebuilt in your browser, and nothing is sent to a server. You can confirm this in your browser's network tab.
How do I write the new order?
Separate pages and ranges with commas and list every page once: 3, 1-2, 4-. A single number is one page, a-b is every page from a to b, a larger number first (5-1) counts down, and a number followed by a dash runs to the last page.
Why does it say a page is missing or listed more than once?
The new order has to contain every page of the PDF exactly once, so nothing is dropped or duplicated by a typing slip. To remove pages use Delete PDF Pages, and to copy a page twice use the Extract pages mode in Split PDF.
How do I reverse the page order?
Press Reverse all pages, which fills in a single counting-down range such as 12-1, then press Reorder PDF.
Does reordering lower the quality?
No. Pages are copied unchanged, not redrawn or recompressed, and text stays selectable.
Can I reorder a password-protected PDF?
No. A password-protected file is refused. Remove the password in the program that created it, then load the file again.
Is there a limit?
One PDF up to 100 MB, because the work happens in your device's memory.
