About Rotate PDF
Turns the pages of a PDF so they read the right way up. Load a PDF, choose 90 degrees clockwise, 180 degrees (upside down) or 90 degrees counter-clockwise, and rotate every page or only the pages you type, such as 1-3, 5, 8- (8- means page 8 to the last page). The turn is added to whatever rotation a page already has, so a page that was turned 90 degrees and is rotated another 90 ends up at 180. Page content is not redrawn, only its orientation changes, so text stays selectable and quality is unchanged. The new file is re-opened and checked before it is offered, and the original is never altered. Password-protected and damaged files are refused with a clear message. Everything runs in your browser; the PDF is never uploaded.

Rotate PDF FAQ
Is my PDF uploaded anywhere?
No. The file is read and rotated in your browser, and nothing is sent to a server. You can confirm this in your browser's network tab.
Can I rotate just one page?
Yes. Choose Chosen pages and type the page number, such as 3, or a list and ranges such as 1-3, 5, 8-. Pages you do not list keep their orientation.
Does rotating lower the quality?
No. Only the page's rotation setting changes. Text, images and vector graphics are not redrawn or recompressed, and text stays selectable.
What happens to a page that is already rotated?
The new turn is added to the existing one. A page turned 90 degrees and then rotated 90 degrees clockwise ends up turned 180 degrees. A full turn returns it to its original orientation.
Can I rotate a password-protected PDF?
No. A password-protected file is refused. Remove the password in the program that created it, then load the file again.
Is there a limit?
One PDF up to 100 MB, because the work happens in your device's memory.
